This past week, I woke up to find my property, - flooded. After investigating this unusual condition, I observed the water coming from your property, via, the rain drain system, and what appears to be a small creek. Under closer observation, it seems to have been intentionally diverted to my property, and also damages have occurred at my neighbors home - Bob and Joyce Prince. The damages that I have obtained by this diversion, has not only limited use of my property, but is also causing damages to my landscaping.
