The plans for this tenant modification have been reviewed for conformity with
applicable codes. The area of the room would indicate an occupant load of
over 50, which vould require two exits. In addition, the exit: doors from the
room would be required to open in the direction of exit travel. The submitted I
plans show the door swing to be inward. We concur with Gene Birchill, WCFD
No. 1, on posting an Occupant Load allowance of 49 as a solution.
A separate Plumbing Permit will be required for this project due to the
proposed sink installation. The fie .for the permit is 115.75. Please submit
a check in that amount.
