The area of the room would indicate an occupant load of over 50, which vould require two exits. In addition, the exit: doors from the room would be required to open in the direction of exit travel. The submitted I plans show the door swing to be inward. We concur with Gene Birchill, WCFD No. 1, on posting an Occupant Load allowance of 49 as a solution. A separate Plumbing Permit will be required for this project due to the proposed sink installation. The fie .for the permit is 115.75. Please submit a check in that amount.
