I observed three siorificznt surface cracks running pr_�allel to the edge of the cut at about two fo.- intervals. I strongly recommend that you investigate the site to determine what steps are required to min.im'_ze the risks involved. The second concern is for the wall of the house you intend to build adjacent to the cut. Our preliminary invescig�tion reveals that an engineered wall will be necessary adjacent to the cut. If you have plans as yet unrevealed to us that would negate the need fcr an engineered wall, please submit those to us at your earliest opportunity.
