Being the owner of property upon which there is an abandoned well,
you are responsible for the condition of thdt well. The well must
be maintained in a manner that conforms to State Standards.
It will be necessary to remove the trash by exca-atating and
refilling the well wiL.. clean fill dirt. I will have to be present
at the tine the excavatating is being dome and fill. dirt added.
