Dear Mr. Schultz, iou may be unaware of a problem with your above referenced .property. The vacant houe has become an attractive nuisance to vandals, juveniles, and other unauthorized persons. I am asking for your help in resolving this hazard within 10 days of receipt of this Jotter, by "boarding" up all the doors and windows of the building, in a manner Lhat will prevent unauthorized entry. This will also require that the barriers be checked periodically to insure they have not been removed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
