T0: Tigard Sign Review Committee
You will find enclosed a rough sketch of a proposed sign to be
installed on the side of our present structure on Commercial Street.
This sign consists of 10" high plastic letters to read Tigard
Community Center and 6" high plastic letters to read 12".5 S.W.
Ash. The sign will match olir existing Tualatin Fire District sign
on th,' front of the building. The purpose for the sign is to
identify that area of the building as being the Tigard Community
Center and to hopefully eliminate some confusion with the operation
of Tigard's Municipal Court in that building.
For this reason, we have asked for a separate address for the
Community Center which was assigned by the City Some months ago.
This should help eliminate some of the confusion as `o finding the
location of the Municipal Court since It will have an Ash Street
address.
