The construction of the wall occurred in conjunction with construction of the houses, not as part of the subdivision development . Therefore, it falls under the jurisdiction cf the Building Division. You are welcome to review the subdivision file at any time. Please contact Diane Jelderks, Engineering Department Secretary, before coming to City Hall, so that the file can be removed from sr.orage and placed at � the front counter for your raview. In the file you will find that the City released all bonds on the subdivision work on April 21, 1993 . A seair_h of our files reveals that no pez,nits were obtained or inspections performed for any retaining walls on these lots. A site inspection revealed that an approximately 4 ' -0" hign concrete retaining wall and vario,zs wooden retaining walls have been constructed. 5'ome of these walls require a permit . At this time the City has noL taken any action to have these walls brought into compliance. It is our desire that the issue be ra owed bF—ween your clients and the builder. Of course, we will named to be apprised of the proposed solution, so that proper permits and inspections will be provided. Construction of the dwellings was approved under permits MST 90-0366 (issued 11/19/91 for lot 18) and MST 91-0291 (issued 4/2/92 for lit 17) . Ficial approvals and Certificates of Occupancy were granted 5/14/92 and 9/8/92, respectively. These files are on microfiche and are available at the public counter at City Hall.
