Dear Dianna,
When our construction site superintendent went to call in for storm sewer inspection, we were informed that our
plumbing permit was issued under the name of Cascade Plumbing. However, on August 1, 2017 prior to
issuance of our permits, and when we talked over the phone, we discussed the change in plumbers. So I sent
you additional information that York Custom Mechanical would be doing our plumbing work.
