Site Visit Requested By: Jason (Polygon) Met With (on site): Jason .....____._._._...................T...__._.__._..__.____ Purpose: Discuss Lot 51 footing backfill and slope Outstanding Issues: FR-127 (9/8/16) Loose soil directly behind planned wall reinforced zone Upon arrival I met with Jason with Polygon. I was directed to a series of formwork that had been constructed in the northwest corner of lot 51. 1 was informed that the city inspector had concerns about the slope between footings not being a 1:1 slope. Jason informed me that crews plan was to pour the footings and then backfill with crushed rock after the formwork has been stripped to the desired slope. There will be approximately 2' of crushed rock placed at the bottom of the slope (south side) and will taper to close to 0' near the top of the slope (north side). I was informed that the slope will be approximately 2:1 when finished. The overall height of the slope appears to be approximately 5' from north to south. After speaking with Sean Dimke (GeoDesign) it was determined that this is an adequate way to repair the slope.
