Report (41) rs7-ao«—C-)CA( 13 7? re bw Sc'lra7 RECEIVED U jVk Adft AML 0 SEP 14 2016 put] f CITY OF_16ARD To: Whom it May Concern BUILDING DIVISION From: Evan Benedict Re: River Terrace Unit E-6 and K-6 Underground Supply Date: 9/9/16 With the underground from the meter to the PRV lengths being different, the following was used to determine whether or not the pipe needed to be upsized. For the K-6 units, lots (11, 12, 13, 16, 17,and 18)the longest underground length of 120'was used, and it left more than a 5psi safety margin for the K-6 units. Thus the underground pipe size can remain at 1%"for all K-6 units. For the E-6 units, lots (10, 14, 15 and 19)the actual underground lengths were used, and lots 10 (45') and lot 19 (60') have a safety margin greater than 4psi. Thus these two lots can remain at 1%" pipe size from the meter to the PRV. For lot 14 the underground length of 125'was used, and the pipe size from the meter to the PRV will need to be upsized to at least 1 %:"to be left with a safety margin of 4.9psi. For lot 15 the underground length of 160' was used, and the pipe size from the meter to the PRV will need to be upsized to at least 1%Z"to be left with a safety margin of 2.8psi.
