We understand that these homes are to be constructed in multiple locations throughout Tigard, Oregon. Design parameters are as noted below: The structures are two-story wood-framed. Roof framing is primarily with pre-manufactured pitched chord wood trusses. Upper floor framing is primarily with pre-manufactured parallel chord wood trusses.
