CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY,OBSERVATIONS,CONCLUSIONS,RECOMMENDATIONS:
I made this visit at the request of Don Durst to observe the excavated structural subgrade for lot 141.
I met with Don Durst during my site visit.
I used a 1/2 inch diameter steel foundation rod to probe footing structural subgrade. During the probe I observed the
structural subgrade to be very stiff soil/very dense.
In our opinion the building pad has been prepared in general accordance with our recommendations and will support
expected foundation for a single family home.
