CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY,OBSERVATIONS,CONCLUSIONS,RECOMMENDATIONS:
I made this visit at the request of Don Durst to observe the excavated structural subgrade for lot 145. I used a Y2 inch
diameter steel foundation rod to probe footing subgrade.
During the probe I observed the structural subgrades to be very stiff soil.
In our opinion the building pad has been prepared in general accordance with our recommendations and will support
expected foundation for a single family home.
