This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace Single-Family' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
The patio roof trusses shall be attached to the home using a 2x6 ledger with (3) 0.131"x3" nails to
each wall stud. This application applies to all of the plan types in the River Terrace single-family
development.
