03/10/16-Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)
As requested, a CTI representative onsite with Mike Waddell with Polygon Northwest Co. Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
scans are requested to determine reinforcing placement and frequency in newly poured stem walls.
Results: Scanned exterior concrete stemwalls at (4) sides for vertical and horizontal reinforcing. Found vertical reflections
approximately 18" on center, and (1) horizontal reflection, continuous at approximately 2" to 4"from top of wall. Stemwall
footing was not accessible for radar scans.
