Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: April 12, 2016 and May 9, 2016 Motions to approve minutes for April 12, 2016 and May 9, 2016. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:20 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from Previous Meetings Continuation of discussion items from previous meetings. 7:25 p.m. 5. Update and Discussion with Tigard Tualatin School District Representative Update on TTSD happenings and discussion items with the PRAB. 7:55 p.m. 6. Tigard Downtown The PRAB will receive updates from Sean Farrelly and Kenny Asher from Community Development. 8:10 P.M. 7. Recreation Program Information and Update The PRAB will receive information on the recreation program from Recreation Coordinator Anthony Markey. 8:25 p.m. 8. Parks Updates Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight. 8:35 p.m. 9. PRAB Liaison Reports PRAB members will report on other Boards and Commissions. 8:40 p.m. 10. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:45 p.m. 12.
