Mackenzie and dated 6/28/16 shall modify the drawings as follows. All other portions of the
documents shall remain unchanged unless shown otherwise:
1. Refer to sheet A2.1 Partial First Floor Plan- revise configuration of offices 113— 115 as
per attached letter size partial floor plan.
2. Refer to sheet A2.1 Door Schedule:
a. Change door frame finish from Clear Anodized Aluminum (CAA)to Black
Anodized Aluminum (BAA).
b. Change door finish to plain sliced white oak clear finish.
c. Change door hardware finish to#613 oil rubbed bronze.
