Deferred submittals such as Fire Alarm,Fire Sprinkler, Truss Joist Shop Drawings, etc,will be
charged a deferred submittal fee based on the valuation of the portion of the work being deferred. The
minimum fee shall be$200.00. Deferred items;
• Fire Alarms
• Stairways
• Suspended Ceiling
• Fabricated Joist
• Glazing details
• HVAC
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Roof membrane system
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City
of Tigard,Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and
processing the documents.
