History The Plans were submitted as SR-2, 5A construction,the code requires SR-2 be built per I-2 requirements and SR appendix (SR101.2.1 (2)),Table 503 requires I-2 construction of a 3 story building to be Type I construction.After a quick review of building submittal the building did not meet code,therefore this building could not be reviewed as submitted and without the documentation from the State classifying the building as a different classification as required per SR101.3 we have to classify and review this building under a Group SR-2 per SR101.3.1. Requested information from Elite Care LLC,Bill Reed to submit documentation from the state classifying the building as SR-1 for review under I-lcatagory as they are requesting. Received letter dated March 9, 2006,with City of Tigard received stamp of March 13, 2006 from the State of Oregon classifying the building use as SR-1 under Section requirements SR101.3.
