Dear Brian,
In our phone conversation of Monday,02/06/06, I informed you that the proposed construction change
to steel studs would not be made,that wall construction based on timber studs per the approved plans
would be constructed, and that I was aware of Ray Miller's concerns regarding seismic effects of the
building shape. I also requested that the foundation construction be permitted to continue,through the
beginning of framing. You approved my proposal. I will have a revised analysis for you next week.
Framing will probably begin the week of February 20th.
