Dear Ed:
In my 6-22-2006 letter, I gave you a notice terminating my business relations with you. I
recently learned that, even though your services have been terminated,you are still making
submittals to Miller's Engineering and the City of Tigard without my knowledge. I have also
learned that all those submittals have all ended up being ineffective in solving the issues of your
engineering work. Yesterday, I received a bill from your office for the additional work that you
have done. According to the City's engineers,your calculations and submittals still lack the
necessary information to move the project forward and therefore nothing has changed in the
status of our building permit. Unfortunately for me,you have already been paid for in full for
the plans that have failed the City's approval. I am again notifying you that your services on my
project have been terminated,and that you are not to interfere with my project. If you continue, I
will seek damages for your interference. I am sending a copy of this letter to the City of Tigard
so that they too know that you are no longer on my project and are not working on my behalf.
