Dear Dennett
On the 31 of January I meet with Mike McDermott to figure out the classification
of the New RCF that I am building. At that time we had decided to build to the I 1
standards that would mean that we would need evacuation times of between 3 and 13
minutes.
I need a letter from you stating that it is ok for the plans examiner to continue to
review the plans as a I-1 construction for up to 30 people.
