Report (33) ihicr fc-ti 02_ Scih GEODESIGN= FIELD REPORT Page1 of 1 GDI Project: Polygon-122-04 Prepared By: Reed Kistler Project Name: Polygon at Bull Mountain Date: 5/6/2016 Location: 1 5402 SW Seine Court, Tigard, Report#: 109 Oregon Arrival: 1530 Departure: 1550 Weather: Sun, 80s Permit#: MST2016-00025 Site Visit Requested By: Jason (Polygon Homes) Met With (on site): Purpose: Lot 52 Foundation Subgrade Outstanding Issues: Upon arrival, I observed the current grades of Lot 52 to be at approximately finished grade adjacent to Seine Court and approximately 2 feet below finished grade adjacent to Tract D (see Site Plan). The exposed subgrade of Lot 52 appeared to consist generally of brown clay/silt. While on site, I observed the footings of the proposed residence at Lot 52 had been cut.The exposed subgrade within the excavations appeared to consist primarily of brown clay/silt. I used a W diameter steel foundation rod to probe the subgrade exposed subgrade and based on penetrations the subgrade appeared generally stiff to very stiff. Based on our observations, it is our opinion the subgrade of Lot 52's footing subgrade has been prepared in general accordance with project specifications and our geotechnical recommendations. It is to our understanding that fill placement to finished grade of Lot 52 will continue after placement of the footings. 550,4A- e i r +-t r co. 1-:1 Distribution: Attachments: Site Plan (1) Reviewed by: 9 This report presents opinions formed as a result of our observation of activities relating to geotechnical engineering or environmental services. We rely on the contractor to comply with the plans and specifications throughout the duration of the project irrespective of the presence of our representative Our work does not Include su• ,iretlkm of the contractor, the contractor's employees or agents.
