Description/Action:
This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the
'Polygon at Bull Mountain (River Terrace SF)' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Attach new foundation (concrete stem wall and footing) to existing foundation as follows— Drill and
epoxy into the existing concrete wall and footing to attach the#4 horizontal bars of the new
foundation. Use 'Simpson Strong-Tie SET Anchoring Adhesive System' or approved equal.
Minimum embedment depth is 3".
