Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:20 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from Previous Meetings Continuation of any discussion items from previous meetings. 7:40 p.m. 5. Update on Park and Recreation Fee and Budget Update on the park fee and the budget process. 7:50 p.m. 6. Park and Transportation System Development Charges (SDC) Revisions The PRAB will receive information on the Park and Transportation SDC work that will be discussed with council on May 17, 2016. 8:10 P.M. 7. Recreation Fees and Program Information The PRAB will receive information on the recreation fees and charges and updates that will be presented to council on May 17, 2016. 8:20 p.m. 8. Developing PRAB Priorities for Acquisition and Development PRAB discussion of priorities for acquisition and development, including special park uses and park amenities. 8:35 p.m. 9. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:52 p.m. 13.
