This Memo is in response to the framing inspectors concern over the location of the
LTT20B ties at the patio cover beams. It is our understanding the beams were raised
from our original design to match better with the existing conditions. We have
provided a revised detail showing the "as-built" condition attaching the seismic ties
into the sole plate of the upper floor wall. See our revised D2 enclosed.
