Under this agreement,the City of Tigard will issue the plumbing permit for Building l without the issuance of the sewer connection permit to allow the project construction to continue on schedule. We acknowledge that you are doing so outside of your normal practice with agreement from Nora Curtis from CWS on a one time exception. The meeting with CWS to determine the correct fee is scheduled for Tuesday March 1st.We agree to pay the sewer connection fees within three business days following the determination of the ultimate fee.Based on the$128,000 paid to date for Building 2,the ultimate net fee due for Building 1 will likely be in the range of$661,000 to$705,000 depending whether CWS requires calculation at June 30,2015 rate or current rate.
