4. SPEAKER: Councilor Marc Woodard
Councilor Woodard, a longtime resident and 1978 Tigard High School graduate, has been
involved in community functions, organizations and family-owned liquor store business for
many years. He graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Exercise Science. He
received his MBA in 2002 from National University, CA. In a military career spanning 21 years,
he served in the Air Force as a non-commissioned officer in charge. Then graduated Class 36
Oregon Military Academy,Monmouth,OR and was commissioned in the US Army as a Medical
Service Corps officer until 2003, CPT,ARNG Retired.
