The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code
(OSSC) 2014 edition; Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2014 and NFPA 13 2013 Edition.
Please provide the following prior to issuance.
1) A sprinkler system analysis shall be submitted to the City of Tigard, Building
Division. The analysis shall provide a code summary verifying that the
existing sprinkler system has the required density for the height of racks and
commodity being stored. (OFC Chapter 23 and NFPA Chap 16).
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
