Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: November 9, 2015 Motions to approve minutes for November 9, 2015. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:20 p.m. 4. Introduction of Recreation Coordinator Introduction of Recreation Coordinator Anthony Markey 7:25 p.m. 5. Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Prioritization Senior Management Analyst Carissa Collins will present park CIP items for the PRAB to prioritize. Discussion of projects will follow. 8:00 p.m. 6. Topics from the November 17, 2015,Joint Meeting with Council The PRAB will discuss topics from the November 17, 2015, Council meeting, including: PARC - Park and Recreation Charges. Recreation programs and events. Future of park acquisition and development. 8:30 p.m. 7. Parks Update Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Parks and Facility Manager Steve Martin. 8:40 p.m. 8. PRAB Goals and Elections The PRAB will be setting new goals and electing new officers in January, 2016. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:52 p.m. 11.
