SCOPE: The scope of this CCD#1 is to revise the originally issued contract documents of 5935-500
Tigard, OR Landlord Work For Tenants dated 06.15.15, and all subsequent contract modifications, to
reflect the following addendum's dated 09.04.15:

• The scope of this change is to revise the Permit Documents by adding the Landlor.
Tenant Which Wich. This modification reflects only the Landlord portion of the work. Th
