This letter is in reference to the above listed new single family residence at the above listed site.
It is our understanding that you wish clarification of the beam'size beneath the garage f'loor,oi
the permit set of drawings. •
After we reviewed the plans,we find the beam size needs to be increased because the span
increased based off of footing locations. We will need to sister 13/4 x 9 LVL with(2) SDS 1/4"x
4 1/2"screws @ 16" O.C.staggered per each side. This is only required at the 9'span. We have
also reviewed the footing sizes and the footing sizes remain adequate with the new poured
location.
