The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.

Motions to approve minutes for October 12, 2015.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:20 p.m. 4. PARC —Park and Recreation Charge Development
Finance Director Toby LaFrance will update the PRAB on the development of the
park utility fee.
7:50 p.m. 5. Discussion of Topics for the November 17, 2015,Joint Meeting of the PRAB
and Council
The PRAB will discuss topics that they want to make recommendations, or receive
direction, from the council at the joint meeting on November 17, 2015, meeting,
including:
Recreation Center—where do we go from here?
Recreation programs and events.
Future of park acquisition and development.
Park and Recreation Fee.

Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
