The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: October 12, 2015 7 — 9 p.m.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll can.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: September 14, 2015
Motions to approve minutes for September 14, 2015.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Metzger School Park— Park Planning
Associate Planner Marissa Grass will discuss information gathered from Sept. 30,
2015, Back to School night at Metzger Elementary.
7:30 p.m. 5. Safe Routes to School (SRTS)
Assistant Planner Lina Smith will provide information on this very important
program.
7:40 p.m. 6. Mt. Bike Trails
PRAB Member Scott Winkels will discuss a meeting with Mt. Bike representatives
8:00 P.M. 7. Parks Update
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight
8:10 P.M. 8. PRAB Communication and Representation with Other Boards
The PRAB will discuss how they would like to keep in contact with other boards

Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board will go into executive session
to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
