RE Encroachment Permit for your fence and Code Compliance Case NCC2015-00107.
Dear Mr. Pullen:
Congratulations. Following your email to our City Manager, Marty Wine, a number of
discussions have taken place about your fence and your request. The bottom line is that the
city has agreed to create an exception to our standard practice and grant you an
Encroachment Permit for your fence in its location in the city right-of-way.
I've enclosed a permit application form. Please sign it where indicated on page 2 and return
it to us along with a check for the permit fee of$300.00 made out to the City of Tigard.
Upon receipt of same I will remove the Stop Work notice and work on the fence can
continue.
I'm glad that this matter has been resolved so amicably and I hope that you and your family
will enjoy the enhanced privacy that the fence will provide for you.
