The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll can.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: July 13, 2015
Motions to approve minutes for July 13, 2015.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Bull Mountain Park Update
Toraj Khavari will update PRAB on Bull Mountain Park.
7:35 p.m. 5. Tigard Street Trail
Power Point presentation on current work and future possibilities for the trail.
7:50 p.m. 6. Parks Update
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight.
8:00 P.M. 7. Discussion and Definition of a Qualified Recreation Center Operator
The PRAB will discuss what criteria are important for a recreation center operator.
8:40 p.m. 8. Desired Recreation Amenities for Tigard
The PRAB will discuss desired recreation programs citywide and for a recreation
center.
8:58 p.m. 9. Non —Agenda Items
Discuss any future agenda items.

Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
