ISSUE: SOLUTION:
1. The typical spacing of the roof nails was The general contractor was notified of the issue
observed to be greater than the maximum 6" and told to re-walk the entire area and add nails
allowed in keynote 5 on sheet S2.1. at any location where the spacing exceeds 6
inches.
UPDATE: TMR verified on 8-11-2015 that
additional nails have been added and the
nailing now meets the requirements of keynote
5 on sheet S2.1.

other parties or of the requirement of strict compliance with the Contract Documents and the intent of the
project plans and specifications. This report shall not be considered to specifically address every detail or
location of the work in progress, but is rather a general observation of field conditions of the day of the
