Dear Mark,
This letter certifies that we have performed special inspection of the referenced project, in accordance with
Chapter 17 of the International Building Code. Special inspections have been provided to meet the requirements
of the building code and do not constitute a guarantee of the installed work. It is the responsibility of the contractor
to execute the work in accordance with the structural drawings.
On May 12, 2015, a representative of i.e. Structural observed the installation of(5) Epoxy anchors at the location
of the sill plate perimeter, as indicated on structural drawings. i,e. Structural has confirmed that the installation
methods used for the epoxy anchors are acceptable.
Special inspections have been provided to meet the requirements of the building code and do not constitute a
guarantee of the installed work, It is the responsibility of the contractor to execute the work in accordance with
the structural drawings.
