This analysis has been performed in accordance with the Crown Castle Structural `Statement of Work' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 770428, in accordance with application 285805, revision 3. The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be: LC4.5: TSA specified load case with proposed modifications Sufficient Capacity Note:See Table 1 and Table 2 for the proposed and existing loading,respectively. The analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2012 International Building Code based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 120 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 93 mph per section 1609.3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G standard per Exception#5 of Section 1609.1.1. Exposure Category C and Risk Category II were used in this analysis. All modifications and equipment proposed in this report shall be installed in accordance with the attached drawings for the determined available structural capacity to be effective. The monopole was originally designed for a wind speed of 85 mph per TIA/EIA-222-E. The monopole was later extended to 116 ft. by Valmont in August of 2006. 2) ANALYSIS CRITERIA The structural analysis was performed for this monopole in accordance with the requirements of TIA-222-G Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structures using a 3-second gust wind speed of 93 mph with no ice, 30 mph with 1 inch ice thickness and 60 mph under service loads, exposure category C.
