I have added a Bldg Parcel condition to this parcel. This is note I put in the condition: "4/29/15, Project had been
posted with Stop Work Order earlier this month. BUP permit is to be charged (2) hrs. structural for Chip's time, (1) hr.
for Dan's site visit for plan review& (2) hrs. for David's 2 site visits. ELC permit is to be charged for(1) hr. PLM is to be
charged for (1) hr."
I changed this parcel condition severity to Notice. This allows a permit to be created and issued. So, when creating
permits please make sure and note the parcel conditions when they pop-up. Particularly if they are Bldg Parcel
conditions/notices.
I noticed that an electrical permit, ELC2015-00261 has been taken out online on 4/20/15. So no additional fees have
been assessed or collected. What do we do about this? No inspections have been requested, so hopefully they are not
doing work out there.

I stopped by this address and informed the contractors on site stocking drywall that they were working in violation of
the posted stop work orders.They were given time to stock the last of the drywall and informed there would be an
investigative fee added to the permit for the violation of the stop work order. Please add this fee and let me know if I
need to provide additional information.
