Summary of work
We will be replacing the existing 400-amp three phase service to a 600-amp three phase with a single three
meter pack, re-feeding (2) existing 200-amp three phase panels and providing a new 200-amp House panel.
The TI portion of this work is limited to the 1st floor lobby and the 2nd floor. However we will separate the
common loads and wire to the new house panel.
