Goldbach moved and Sakata seconded to t�.ble the pr.op�sal
so that staff and applicant could r�vise the plan.
V�ood and Moore dis�,greed w�.th the tabling and asked that
conciitions be attached to al�ow approval of the pro,posal .
The moti�n was defeated in a two to fivP vote, with Wood,
Moore, Tepedino, Corliss, and Popp dissenting.
Wood moved and Moore seconded for approval based on sta�f
findings and staff recommendations and to include the
fo�lc�win� modifications :
Condition #5 be amended to read, "Lot width be 50 feet
at eurb line.”
Condi_tion #9 be amended to read, "a storm wate� systenn
� plan and a water retention plan" .
� Conditior� #12 be amended to read, "to intersect as close
