zoning on this property conform to the City's ?

1) Mr. Klock told the Planning and Zor�ing Commissxon that ;:
the Staff Recommendation was unreasonable. He said,
that the City Administrator had suggested the street
be dedicated so the Cit� could facilitate better police

proteetion. He went on to add , that if the City
did not accept the street he would let the taxes
�lapse and thus it would become. public property

2) Mr. Paterson asked Mx. Klock if: he woulci sign a
� letter o£ intent to improve SW Celnter Court at
the same time as the Plaza impraves SW 89. �`

3) Mr. Klock said he had no objectipns. �

4) Mr. Woodard asked Mr. Klock, why he objected to
� improving the street at this t.i,re, if he planned to ��
improve the street in the future?

5) Mr. Klock said it would be easier for him to
improve the street iin the future.
c. Motior► by Mr. Aitkens to accept the dedicati.on providing
� Mr. Klock signs a letter of intent to improve SW Center
Court with curbs and siclewalks at the same time the Plaza
