MISCELLANEOUS Mr. Howard Gasa brought a preliminary Plannec� Residentiai before the PZanning and Zoning Commission for a statement of policy on density. Mr. Perry suggested that a sub-committee be formed to deal with Planned Residential Developments. It was decided that Mr. Perry and Mr. Paterson would serve as the members of the Planned � Residential sub-�ommittee. � 10. ADJOURNMENT 11:00 P.M.
