was read.

change with the condition that the building permit not
be issued until proper access is provided on S.W. 104th Ave.

Correspondence from Mrs. Joseph E. Ford, Andrew Roos, and
Mr. Eugene Farnstrom who are opposed to the proposed Conditional
Use was read.
Mr. Charles Woodard, Robert Camel, and George Thompson were
opposed to this Conditional Use. They want to keep this area
a single family housing area.

Mr. Girod presented his proposed plans for the Car Wash.

Motion by Mr. Annand for approval contingent upon the z'

built across the front of the property. (2) Two
curb cuts be allowed; entrance 30' and exit 20' , (3)
Planting of four trees along Commercial Street; the
species to be dictated by the City Staff,

10. PINEBROOK SUBDIVISION NO. 2 - Preliminary Approval
Motion by Mr. Annand for approval of the Preliminary Plat
as submitted with the addition of plugs on three streets.
