The meeting was called to order at 730 P.M. by President
Phillips. The minutes of the October 21, 1965, meeting
were read, and President Phillips asked for corrections,
additions or omissions. None being offered the minutes
were then approved as read.

President Phillips 1 We have a request for a zone variance,
on the property located on S.W. Scoff ins Street, Tax Lot #3700,
to construct a 26-unit apartment building.
President Phillips asked if there was any one in the audience iJ
who wished to testify regarding this zone variance.
Since there was no response the Public Hearing was
then closed. t:!

. . Mi- Brazauski: 1 viove that we accept this zone variance.
Motion seconded by Mr. Nicoli. Upon call for vote the motion
was unanimously approved by the Commission, all members
being present. L

There was general discussion on the changes for the new
Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
