The meP�ing was called to order at 7;30 P.M, by President �

were request.�d. Following reading of the minutes, upon '
call for correetions or omissions, none being offered

annexati.on on S.W. Paci.fic Highway. We have the complete �,
].ist of legal property owners and valuations on the new
areas for mailing letters for ,f�xmal hearings, i.

Presi.dent Phi.11ipa discussed with Commission members �
suggested r.evioions in the Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
Commis�ion meml�ers were asked to check through the j
P].anninq 111C� Zoning Ordinan.ce and make suggestions for i.
any change� before the final ty��a.ng•.

Larry Ba.ssett informed xnembers of the Commission he had �
ordered maps to show zoning for each lot i.n the City also 1
' that he had about completed the roaa�-on land use. �,

Ben Brazauski suggested a graph be made showing zone i.
changes, construction, etc� Commission members madc �
a greliminary review o£ past actions and felt special �
meetings were unsuccessful. 5
