Mieeelleneoes 1 i C CITY OF TIGARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING DECEMBER 10, 1964 Present: President E. C. Phillips; Vice President Ben Brazauski; J. H. Schulte; L. D. Good; Mayor E. A. Woodard and L. A. Bissett. The meeting was called to order by President Phillips at 7:30 P.M. and reading of the minutes of the meeting of November 19, 1964 were requested. Upon call for corrections it was requested the word "mallet" be changed to gavel. With this correction the minutes were ordered approved as read. President Phillips then advised the Commission with respect to the Zone Change requested by Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Kienle Tax Lot 3000, property known as 11575 S W. Greenburg Road. President Phillips read two letters of objection being from Mr. Trappe and Mrs. Adams. After some discussion Ben Brazauski moved that the zone change be approved from R-5 to A-2 for Mr. Kienle's project on Greenburg Road. Motion seconded by L. D. Good and unanimously approved by Commission members, majority being present. President Phillips then advised the Commission of a requested zone change on property known as Tax Lot 2100, "S.W. Walnut and advised letters would be sent to property owners in the interested area. President Phillips: I would like to have a motion for approval of the proposed annexation along the S.W. Pacific Highway in accordance with the map submitted by Mr. A J. Poulin. i L. D. Good: I move that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend the annexation of the designated property to the City Council of the City of Tigard. Motion seconded by Ben Brazauski and upon call for vote was unanimously approved majority members being present. President Phillips: Next we have the Variances as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission being the addition of sections 2300; 2301 and 2302; also the addition to the Zoning Code of residential districts R-7 and R-10 and further the proposal for conditional uses section 1903-38. It is assumed we will want to make a recommendtion to the Ilk City of Tigard. Page 1 - 12/10/64 F\ I J. H. Schulte moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend to the City Council these items be accepted as revisions'to and additions to the Zoning Ordinance. Motion seconded by Ben Brazauski and upon call for vote was unanimously approved majority members present. President Phillips: I have a list of names I would like to submit for consideration to fill the vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Bob Mote; Earl Reid; Jack Wells; Jim Aitken; Milton Levin; and George Sitton. It is my proposal to go down the line until we secure a man. Larry Bissett reviewed briefly the report of the City-County Planning and Zoning Board which will be ready soon after the 17th of January. He advised 400 copies were being printed, 150 to be distributed among the Planning Commission members and there will be about 250 left for sale to the general public. Motion by L. D.
