Present: President E. C. Phillips; Vice—President B.

The special meeting was called to order at 7:45 P. M.
by President Phillips. Reading of the Minutes of the meeting
of September 17th were ordered withheld to be read at the
next regular meeting.
President Phillips: The first order of business is the
zone change of Stan Adkins—builder from A-2 (multiple dwellings)
to M-3 Group C-2 (light manufacturing, contractor's equipment,
storage and Office) .
This matter then was the subject. of discussion by members
of the Commission and Wayne Adkins advised there might be
light fabrication of trusses.
President Phillips: I think we have heard all the facts on II
this proposed zone change and I would like to hear a motion
to either accept or reject.
L. D. Good: I move we accept the zone change from A-2 to
M-3 Group C-2 for 9350 S. W. Tigard Avenue. Motion seconded
by B. Brazauski. Upon call for vote the motion was unanimously
approved. However further discussion resulted in Wayne Adkins
advising it would he satisfactory to grant the change for a
distance of not less than 150 feet nor more than 200 feet and
the balance of the frontage to remain A-2. A poll of the
Commission resulted in no objection to this change and the
original motion was properly withdrawn and the motion was
amended to read, retain approximately 200 feet of frontage to
be changed from A-2 to M--3 Group C-2, for not less than 150
feet nor more than 200 feet, the balance to remain A-2, on
tax lot 55, property known as 9350 S. W. Tigard Avenue.
L. D. Good: I move we accept the amended motion. Seconded
by B. Brazauski. Upon call for vote the motion was unanimously
approved.
President Phillips then discussed with the Commission the
matter of increasing the residential zone areas to larger lot
sizes, the Commission to study the matter for future discussion.
A. !'ietiia advised he expected to have a representative
from Rolling Hills at our next meeting.
Larry Bissett detailed for the Commission a. map showing
the proposed highways for the entire County.
L. D. Good moved for adjournment; motion seconded by
B. Brazauski. Unanimously approved by the Commission.
