The meeting was ca7.led to order by P.resi.dent E, C.
Phillips at 7:3Q P. M. an3 readincr of tJie Minutes ot- the
Meeting of April 16th, 196� were called foz a£ter which
reading ot the Minutes request was made �or correc�tions
or ommissions and none being affered the Minutes were
ordered approved as read.
President Phillips ealled on Mayor Woodarcl to give a report
and Mayor Woodard spok� on the problems oi annexa�tion,the
bridge on Ash Street and the road issue as well as the
scwer situation at Cottonwood Plac�.
President Phillips then spoke aboui: proposed re-zoning
for the City of Tigard and he and Vice-•President Brazauski
went over the situation in general giving some cletailecl
su estions from ma s which had been re ared and which

were di.stributed to the Commission for their consi,deratian
�nd review in the hope they would drive around the area
and come bacx to the next meeting with per.haps some concr.�te
ideas.
�° President Phillips: Anything to offer under Nliscellaneous?
President Phillips advised that he hoped the Commissi.on
would come to the next meeting with some icleas and perhaps
suggestions on the proposal. for zane changes in Tigard.
A. Mason moved for adjournmc-nt, seconded by A. Pietila arid
unanimously app.roved by the Commission.
